About Ugochukwu
Operator and founder who builds and runs multi-sector businesses end to end — from field production under an international client's standards to a four-company group built from first customer to standing operation.

Biography
I’m the Founder, Chairman & CEO of One100 Group, based in Ifite Awka, Anambra State. I set strategy, capital allocation and leadership across the group’s four operating arms — One100 Services, One100 Farm and Foods, One100 Nest and One100 Design and Automation — and I built each subsidiary from first customer to standing operation.
As Production Manager at Macnico Enterprises, I run field recording, transcription and data handoff for FamilySearch International’s oral genealogy programme. I designed and implemented a standard collection process later taken up by FamilySearch globally, employed and managed 64 staff plus subcontractors, and became the first Nigerian contractor to win the organisation’s Gold recognition for quality of work.
Under a second FamilySearch contract, Scan & Share, I help institutions move their archives off paper and build the partnerships that open each site. Earlier, I audited FamilySearch project finances and operations across Nigeria, Ghana, Sierra Leone, Liberia and Senegal; oversaw Enugu’s migration to online leadership and clerk resources; and, as a full-time missionary in Nigeria and Sierra Leone, I was responsible for 200+ fellow missionaries — learning Ibibio, Krio and Mende to teach each community in its own language.
In 2027 I am launching the Ikegbunem Ugochukwu Initiative. Twice, education slipped out of my hands for one reason only: money. The Initiative pays school fees and teaches the life skills schools don’t, starting with 20 students in Ezeagu, with a focus on girls and children.
Above all, I’m a husband and a dad. Family is where my own story began — a father who taught me to read and a mother who taught me how to live — and it shapes everything I build.
